The Logan-Lavelle-Hunt Insurance Agency, LLC was formed shortly after the Lavelle and United merger. This addition was formed to provide service for customers in Indiana. The name of the new entity is Logan Lavelle Hunt Insurance Agency, LLC. This new entity allows combined administrative functions, keeps expenses in check and increases customer service efficiencies.

In 2006, the Logan Lavelle Hunt Insurance Agency, LLC merged with Winston & Co. Benefits and CH Investments & Wealth Management. This merger allowed Logan Lavelle Hunt Insurance Agency, LLC to become a full service agency, offering all lines of insurance, bonds and wealth management services to their clients. New members, Steve Church, Margaret Howser and Chris Hass joined the firm, with the other existing members, John Lavelle, James Lavelle, Stan Logan, Jr and Trent Hunt. In January 2004 the Logan Lavelle Insurance Agency, LLC and Logan-Lavelle-Hunt, LLC merged to become one company. The merger was the culmination of a plan conceived several years ago between the two entities. The merger coincides with the semi-retirement of Stan Logan Sr., who has remained as an active member of the management team and sales force. Jim Lavelle Jr. continues to handle the administrative responsibilities of the new entity. Also effective January 1, 2004, J. Trent Hunt joined the management team as an owner and a voting member.
