The certificate holder is responsible for verifying the authenticity of any certificate you receive. A good practice is to ONLY accept certificates directly from the insured's agent. When requesting a certificate from a contractor, request they have their agent fax, email or mail a copy to you. If you have any certificates that appear to have been altered, please contact the agent of the account immediately.

He attended the University of Kentucky where he obtaining his BA in Communications and Marketing. In addition to his achievements, Stephen is very active in the community. 01/2004 Logan Lavelle Insurance Agency, LLC and Logan-Lavelle-Hunt, LLC are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2004 the two entities have merged to become one company. This is the culmination of a plan conceived several years ago between the two entities. This merger coincides with the semi-retirement of Stan Logan Sr. Stan will remain as an active member of the management team and sales force. Also effective January 1, 2004, J. Trent Hunt has joined the management team as an owner and a voting member. The name of the new entity is Logan Lavelle Hunt Insurance Agency, LLC. This new entity allows us to combine administrative functions, keep expenses in check and increases our Jim Lavelle Jr. will continue to handle the administrative responsibilities of the new entity.
